Hi Folks,

To subscribe to a forum, click on say the 'Tin Forum' from the list and go into it so you can see all the topics. Just under the forum title you will see a square check box with Subscribe To This Form written to the right hand side. Click this box to receive email updates.

This also works when you go into a thread. Have a look out for the same box and text at the bottom of the page.
