My first priority is protect staff - especially right hand man (lady) Katie Milner so we've made the heart wrenching decision to close BBR, batten down the hatches.

I must consider vendors regarding potential poor sellers if there's no viewing, or sale day 'hype', plus the mind boggling fiasco that could surround after auction activities.
Hey ho - magazine will appear to cheer you all up & AB will, as usual, keep all posted online via BBR Auctions & other FB specialist groups & forums....

I'm working at home on BBR magazine issue 163 - printed on the CORRECT paper this time.

With the Elsecar Spring Show, & all others here in the UK, postponed there really is no rush so I may (depends if printer will permit) just keep adding a few extra pages so it's a bigger read when it finally drops on your doorstep.

Just to advise there is NOBODY in the office now, we're on a complete lock down. Any book or other orders I may pop in Friday, otherwise, please accept an unusually lengthy time for anything to be delivered. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.

No Shows, No boots, No auctions, No sneaky meets on't side of the M1, Not even any ' getting told off in the Car park ' !! dammit just DIY and " have you done that yet ? ......daaarling " . Oh well roll on a few months time when all us with the collecting - dare I say disease - can get back on track and we all emerge safely on the other side.

Stay safe Alan and all the crew. May your " God " go with you xx Ross

Cheers Lummox. We will miss both you and Emily in July but very doubtful things will be back on track to plan that far ahead effectively? Stay safe all of you.
