Did anyone else watch this programme last night on Quest? The bloke goes round buying all sorts of antiques..Anyway arl get to the point...One place he visited had a few enamels lying about, mainly petrol, but as the camera panned round im 98% sure i spotted a larger than usual Hudons Soap pale or even a cut out one attached to the fence..Ive never seen one before,so just wonderd if anyone else saw it,or is the Stella playing tricks with my head again?

Is that the one with Drew Pritchard? I met him at Newark....!
He went to a great place in Devon, chock full of gear and bought a cracking Citroen enamel cut out. The guy in Devon knew his stuff and was way up on price - but I would love a visit, full of treasure...
Cheers,
Jez

Salvage Hunters has quickly got like Bargain Hunt !! We are to believe in a 900 mile round trip, two men, at least one overnight stop etc,etc to visit some ageing ' queen ' in an ex stately home who eventually sells them one old deck chair from the defunct cricket pavilion with a profit margin of £125. When they arrive back in darkest Wales, the wife and 3 staff line up to enthuse over said chair. Great trip states our bald headed super dealer ! With no offence to Al ! what a load of olde TAT !

I agree , + his sidekick T ( must be short for TIT !! ) doesn't help ......I rang him once to see if he'd drive 300 miles to my place to buy 1 item , he told me his van was knackered and doesn't normally drive that ditance , could i put on a pallet  for a courier ? It's all a big set up for the camera !!  I only watch it to see him make a twat of himself ..........

I buy pig lamps and need some if you can get me any Joe. Glad I haven't got sky so I miss out on most of these shitty programmes.
Any programme that showed Antique dealing as it really is probably wouldn't entertain many punters!

Drew Prickyard is back big time, If you have any circus letters you don't want yer in the money .As next week see's Drew driving from North Wales to Great Yarmouth to pick up two sets of 6 foot 1980's wooden lettters for a ton.......... And he's going to double up !! So any ' circus ' wooden letter collectors on the East Coast nows yer chance. Apparently early November will see him in Inverness buying a coat rack and shoe horn once probably belonging to Lord Lucan.

Reality TV at its purest best ! ............sorry puerile !!
