AMAZING I CAN LOAD PICTURES AGAIN !!!
I'm sure some of the Welsh forum members will know its location. Very helpful chap to talk with, although he was more into railway stuff, which also helped break the ice. Totally different to the antique dealer earlier in the week, and restored my faith in the friendly locals. Family has had the garage since 1926. The Shell sign hasn't moved since. |

Great picture Steve There was one of those Shell signs at Bourne as well, perched under the auctioneers rostrum |

There was. A big chunk of steel. It was still holding up the rostrum yesterday. However, I gather the buyer is a strong local lad, although he struggles to see his toes at times. |

Concerning the women of Wales, is it true they are really that different than normal English women, or is it always just rumors? |

Yes Sirs, I did have to look that up, never in my 40 years have I heard the term, but it is quite fitting indeed! I might even say you hammered it......but referencing the "tool", not the slang term more commonly used to describe another act......doh! |
