Thought not another repro when I first saw that image, but the size the detail and the back suggest its the real deal. The colours look very wishy washy and condition wise it does not warrent such a price tag.

Might be rare and old but very unappealing sign. It just looks wrong. Bad drawing/image.

 It's an ultra-rare sign for sure , and early ,about 1890 , but it's condition lets it down badly. the glaze looks to have gone ,the sun has bleached the colour out and there's several significant dings . The only way to revive it is to varnish it ,so what's the point? I have only ever seen two others over the years and they were only slightly better than this example. You can ask whatever you want for it ,of course  but it doesn't follow you'll get it . For £4500 i'd want an eye-popping knock-out sign,wouldn't you ?

Not a repro - rare and old - but still hideous and unappealing despite that. Looks sort of continental.
