Hey Rusty looks to me like the box lid has just come off at some time and the guy has just turned it round and shown it on top
the wrong way round. The damage to the outside is the same.
Interestingly this guy only sells through the global shipping programme - I say never never. The buyers get really pissed off to find that
the postage is extortionately high and there's nothing they can do to get round it. Remove when listing!

 Eric, I think you are right. I interpreted the box with the the lid being attached - a little artistic license with the photography, showing the lid once on the outside & once on inside. Someone snagged a bargain
