As you many of you know I do a bit of Ebay trading. I sold 8 SILVER USA Dollars to a chap in Essex value approx £190. Anyway sent them off Special Delivery ..........end of story .....OR NOT .
Five days later I get an email from PAYPAL saying a claim has been opened against me on the 27th. First thing I do is check the Tracking ....item delived on the 22nd ...how can anything possibly be wrong ?

Strange that he waited 5 days to report that Silver had miraculousy turned into Lead. Despite literally 1000's of sales I was worried Paypal always side with the buyers in cases like this. " he did'nt get his item we will refund hin " etc etc
Despite my misgivings I managed to stay calm and rang Paypal. Got the lady to look at it. She agreed it was very strange why if your parcel did'nt contain what you ordered would would wait 5 days ?? Why would a Seller ( me ) with 1000's of sales suddenly try to cheat one seller ... anyway I said I would answer his complaint and get back to her . So ....

He was very stressed and out of pocket ?? ......no he was a Conman and F**king liar !!
Anyway I got back on to PayPal, Strange I said how now he comes straight back at me in the morning after his previous delay. After discussions the lady actually mentioned " well its fraud " if its you ...or theft if its the post office ...or fraud if its him " So has he reported it to the police and the post office ..............Hmm ?
I then sent him a message via ebay along the lines of ...... ( I could'nt send via PayPal cos he has esculated the case )
Dear Buyer " I am really sorry that you did not get your item, Obviously the package must have been tampered with during delivery. This is obviously theft !! I have spoken to PayPal, The Post Office and the Police. Obviously you will need to keep the packaging and the lump of lead, you will need to contact the PO and the Police have told me ( white lie never spoke to them ) you will need to report the theft your end to the Police and get a Crime number. When you get the Crime number can you please forward to me and also let me know what the Post Office said.
Anyway ...................A MIRACLE !! this morning Lead must have turned back into Silver. He cancelled the Case ? I got on to PayPal they are going to investigate via their fraud department and remove him from PayPal
