Have changed the name of the forum. Sorry about that, too many late nights.

Cheers,

I had to look up bobby dazzler and now that I know what it means I agree with you. That dog tin is a real bobby dazzler, but it belongs to rustytins.

I don't have any worthy dog biscuit tins to post but I did receive this showcard in the mail last week. I know there was quite a few of them found some time ago but it is still a great image and I paid only 35 pounds for it. If you look in the bottom right corner you can just see a slight crease line. That came compliments of the post office who see the words fragile or handle with care as a challenge to do the opposite.

Yes the Post office . I Received an old Grate polish box ( with a pictorial Paper label on the Front and top  ) last week.

It had been carefully wrapped by the seller and should have arrived in good condition . Unfortunately ,Customs chose to open it for inspection. Then they proceeded to re wrap the thing with 1 1/2" tape straight over the paper label .Luckily , I was able to get almost all of it off with only a couple of minor tears to the label , but it makes you wonder how they cross roads .
