Hi Broadie,

That is a super size "Old Friend" tobacco showcard. The brand was introduced around 1898 by W D & H O Will's and proved to be very popular with pipe smokers. (What size is it)??

Have posted my smaller example of the same brand.

There you are Broadie, managed to sort the problem. This is an early showcard (1900) and for the life of me I can't fathom out the message of this "Coppice".

I do like your display in the following picture. Do you collect Wall's Ice Cream signs? I have a large one for sale if interested!!

Hi Bacco, the ad is a poster printed by Barclay& Fry in London,  It measures 48'' by 40'' plus the frame. Here is a better photo from a perspective point of view. Look forward to seeing yours and thanks for the information as always. cheers Broadie.
