This is an interesting and early gate sign made by Simpsons Adelaide.

I have not seen another like it and have not seen any advertising at all for Ditters Tea

There were many petrol gate signs produced and I have seen a few Tea ones . Are there any others like this

Does anyone still use a PC or Laptop ? I prefer to post on my PC and there is simply no problem putting pictures up .
I am able to post from my Samsung Galaxy smart phone , and also from my Galaxy Tab as well .
I  would be interested to know if anyone else can post from a desktop PC or Laptop .
This certainly needs a sort out

I use a PC as well as an Android smartphone. Both work fine. I think the issue is with the dreaded Apple products. I still cannot believe how many people are beholden to Apple.

 I use a an ipad pro, and a Samsung Galaxy tablet.  They're both brilliant, though I do prefer the ipad, just because I've been using one for so long, that it's familiar, like an old friend.

But I can't upload pictures from either of them.  Bizarre or what?

So, I've decided to use words instead.  If I can get a few discussions going, maybe we can just about save the site.  If Al hasn't any interest anymore, then for Gods sake pass it on to someone who wants to run it properly.  It could be so lively and vibrant, like it used to be in the Golden Age.

 I'm still using a chromebook laptop to post on here , but it's a very convoluted process if i'm honest . It takes 8 or 9 different actions to get a picture onto the screen . I also think that is the prime reason so few people take the trouble to post on here, it's such a faff with no guarantee it will work either . No wonder they go on Instagram and Vintage Signs etc. etc. . Unless and until that problem is confronted and rectified , this site will continue it's slow and sad decline .Alex needs to sort it out , it's his site , only he can do it .

i use apple & simply cant load pictures up on here, alex has been told many times to sort it out & nothing happens. i joined instargram a couple weeks ago & it was so simple so thats where my collection can be seen, its frustrating on here cos we all would love to show the stuff we collect.
