ABC Antique Bottle and Collectors' Fair - Stratford - 24 July 2011 

Dear Collector (Alex),

Thank you for your support for our 12^th ABC Antique Bottle and Collectors’ Fair at the Stratford-On-Avon Racecourse on Sunday 24 July 2011.  Please check your allocation below and contact me if there is anything you need changed or if I have got something wrong.   Please bring some sunshine with you.

Please pick up your Stallholder Labels when you arrive and wear them at all times during the show.  It is our policy to issue two Stallholder Labels per booking (as opposed to per stall) but if this has come as an unwelcome surprise please see me early on the 24^th.

Our timetable will be as follows:

                        Stallholders enter as soon as the refreshment wagon arrives

and sets up: we expect this to be about 7:45am

                        Early entry 9:00am - £5:

                        Public entry 10:30am - £1

                        After 12:00 noon - Free
