Great haul there Andrew. 50s stuff has not really taken off yet but its only a matter of time. I'm beginning to appreciate later graphics a bit more these days although I don't think it will ever match the fabulous Victorian and Edwardian era. Its all a matter of taste I suppose. Some museums are starting to create 50s & 60s rooms... is there a shop amongst them? Is the 1960s bacco shop at the Black Country Living Museum open yet???
FB

ps Correct Jez, loads of Bottomley's found and sold - many through Roy Morgans magazines. He also sold Puffed Rice toffee tins and Frontier boot polish tins really cheap but you seldom see these cracking pictorial tins for sale anymore.

Yes once they evaporate into collecting masses  they become hard to find again.

Its all great stuff and needs to be preserved in my opinion. Some 50s and 60s graphics are very striking.
Speaking of Puffed Rice Biscuit toffee - I sold my entire collection about 12-15 years ago including a mint one of these.
Anyone got a spare. I'd love one!

I have been having some luck on ebay with the shaving stuff

Goes well off this site too. I have no idea why people collect it, but then again, I am hopefully digging some big holes in the rain this weekend and i already have a cold!
