This brand "Air Mail" cigarettes, manufactured by R J Hill's and introduced in around 1930, This design shows a Handley Page "Hannibal" winging its way out to sea over south coast. Introduced in early 30s after post was being delivered in quantity by Imperial Airways, which was later to become BOAC. Have only come across one other of these tins which was in a very distressed state. This one although a bit pitted on top is in fare condition. Anyone come across this brand before??
