I think I would fill in around the 'F' and colour match, but leave all the other chips as-is. Other than the 'F' area, the rest of the chips are generally non-offensive and over-restoration will ruin the value and appeal. Sympathetic restoration is key here, but that's just my opinion. Look at me, I should do write ups!
