Hi all, can anyone tell me whats going on with adding pictures to posts please? Have done it before with no problems but pulling whats left of my hair out trying to sort it today. The picture file goes to my attachments list with all the other previous images but when I press add to post absolutely nothing happens? Computer and camera are all same as have used before?

I use chrome on a mac and have no problems uploading pictures.
It's might be a file name issue. A lot of modern imaging devices use ridiculous naming conventions.
Check the file names. Keep them short with no strange characters, best to have no spaces. Make sure they have suitable file name extensions.
I'm not having any trouble , but could you put a few more pictures up anyway pezpez ....just to further test it ... Your collection never fails to amaze me .... Cheers
Well got it working at last with a fresh windows and google chrome install.
looking foward to your pictures
Hello to everyone.
I had exactly the same problem with loading pictures. I made sure the pictures size was not too big when I took the image. Next I made sure the file name was simple ie; if my picture was described as number 005 I changed it to 3005(Alex Renshaw got me onto that) and then I installed Google Chrome. You could do 1005 or whatever but don't have a zero at the start of the file name.
I don't have a problem now and I think the problem lies in the file name. If I try to install pictures without putting a number larger than zero at the start of the file it simply will not install.
In summary I'd say make sure your pictures aren't too big and make sure the name of the file is simple. I hope it works for you as it did for me.
