Avoid ebayer digne.andre - bought 4 items - didnt pay. Opened and closed dispute, cant leave negative feedback. Once again Ebay siding with shit buyers.....

Once again the saga with The Marvelous drags on. I shipped via UPS, the guy was away on holiday and the alternative delivery address was closed. They only hold packages at UPS for 7 days and now its being returned to me. This guy expects me to sort it out and if necessary ship to him in Austria again at my expense.....WTF....
I am sick and bloody tired of eBay and all this shit at the moment. Excuse me while I go and bang my head against the wall until there's blood....

More shit from this buyer. I have had to pay the return fee £22.50. I have had to pay the new courier fee £26. Now he's issuing me with 'wheres the sign or I want my money back'. It was shipped on the 5th its in Austria at the depot. I have supplied the track number and a phone number for him. It is NOT my fault he was away when they delivered and the alternate address was closed. It is NOT my fault that UPS didnt try a redelivery and it is NOT my fault that Interparcel are arseholes and wont refund or help me. I tried ringing UPS too but got through to a call centre in India.
Now if I lose the sign and have to refund him I am £500+ down. What the hell do I do?

I feel your pain, just lost a £500 sign.
Not much you can do, just stay on top of it with ebay.
