Hey bloody Al

you have time to dig for bottles, yet u have no time to send my stuff. U should start digging your grave. I paid you more than 200 pounds on the 28th of May and till now, I have no tracking number, nothing from you. Just empty promises of I will receive within this week or in a few days. You refuse to answer your bloody mobile. Are you a cheat? You should close down your bloody store and stop cheating honest people.

BUT his time keeping and delivery is sometimes appalling because he is trying to do too much !!

He's actually a very nice bloke and us who know him will stick up for him !! ..................perhaps we should get him a business manager !!

Whilst I sympathise with your predicament coming on the site to air your dirty laundry with Al is not a good tactic. I'll echo what Lummox said, Al is not a cheat, he is a good lad, a personal friend and a great guy to deal with. Something has gone wrong, and whilst it may be taking time to get resolved, it WILL get resolved I will personally guarantee that.
Stooping to personal insults and threats never gets you anywhere.

I don't even know Al, but I do know of his reputation as an honest and trustworthy guy who has done as much or more for this hobby than anybody else - just look at this cracking site for starters. If I was you Al, I'd just give this horrible sounding individual his money back and not have anything more to do with him.

I've only dealt with Al the once and had no problem at all . Yes I had to wait a week or two but he stuck to his word and I got what I wanted !!

Not to worry Latency, I have bought tins and signs off Al at least 5 or 6 times and I am in Canada. He usually takes a little time getting it packed up, but he has the best packaging bar none, and I have always got what I paid for. He is a stand up guy IMO.

Hi. Thanks guys. Back out of hole having done the best part of a month of digging 15 hr days and looking after newborn chiddler. We thought it would take a week but site was deeper than thought so i got behind on some everyday stuff. also, cant really answer the phone next to a 10 ton machine!!

Ray, I did send your package but not the tracking details as promised. By the time everyone posted on this thred you will have your items sent speedy tracked and insured postage which if you look at the stamps was about £7 less than what I quoted you for. If you desperately needed the items for a certain date you should have told me.
