 Think the woodworms have had the case pezpez2,,I am told it's a slave clock it works through a wall driven from a master clock,,I foun it in a village barn near hull,,I am told by the number it is from HORSFORTH STATION ,how it got to hull only history knows.

Yes Joe its a slave clock dial which used to be housed into a glazed recess on the station building wall facing the platform, driven by a shaft off a master dropcase clock which was usually on the booking office wall. Not sure why it had gearing, maybe to limit any strain driving two pairs of hands?

 thanks steve,,the barn was heaving with old stuff not a enamel sign to be found.its getting to be a hard life,,bought a nice 1958 BSA 650 ROAD ROCKET THOUGH.
