Hi,

I need some help with an item I have ordered from this site from Bamber Books but that has failed to arrive.

I have tried e-mailing Bamber Books - no reply and also phoning the mobile number on the contact details - the number just rings - no reply.

I have contacted the site here to get an answer / resolution - have recieved no reply and have tried phoning 'AL' on the mobile number on the contact details on this site - the number is unobtainable.

Could some-one please let me know a contact number to get hold of Al or how I go about receiving a refund for undelivered goods.

No, the item was sold by some-one called Bamber Books - I was trying to contact Al to see if he had an updated contact number for the seller as I can't get hold on them myself.

Sorry I think you need to get some reply from AL , he is Always BUSY ! but hopefully he will get back to you soon, in the meantime I will email him

I really appreciate your help with this - thanks. Could be an innocent explanation as to why the item hasn't arrived - but like to know one way or the other.

I'll await to hear from Al hopefully in due course and will e-mail him again
