 Could any members plz enlighten me on this little item? I dont think its a sample,to be honest i dont know what its use would of been..i think its missing a small red tobacco pouch..Thanks in advance

There is one on ebay at the moment. It say's something about the London Penny Bazaar Co. and Mark's & Spencer.
