Something dodge going on?? When I contacted the seller on the 14th with the $14500 price that someone else had the same sign listed for $999. He replied "Thanks, made correction for duplicate listing, Regards Raj "

When I bought the sign today, I checked that there was no other listing for the same sign and there wasn't. Now I am cruising Ebay and you guessed it, the sign has been relisted for $11,500 by the original seller who apologised for the duplicate listing. I send him a message what's going on ? His reply "Hello sir, not understanding when did you buy this from our store ? It must be from some other store. Our store is paradisehandicrafts. please clarify "

It must be the same person with different stores, what he thinks he's going to accomplish I don't know.

This is where Paypal protection is so handy.

Ebay showing yet again what a joke they are. I have contacted them three times about this scammer trying to sell signs he doesn't own. Both sellers who own the actual signs have made official complaints about the seller and yet here we are weeks down the track and he's still listing the sign he scammed me on.

Seriously WTF !! How long can it take to check it out and shut him down ??

Rang Ebay last night again, it's like Groundhog day. I said to the girl, how much investigation is required ?? It's a pretty obvious case I would have thought, he should be banned from the site immediately !!

Paypal have found in my favour and my money has been refunded.

Well Ebay, that's another story. After four phone calls about the seller, giving them examples of his copied listings, they have done diddly squat, nada, f*ck all !! What a joke they are continuing to let a scam artist continue on his merry way. I also noticed that the feedback I left on this scum bag peanut, isn't even showing in his profile. What's that all about !!

The next step is I'm going to try to see if there is anything the office of Consumer Affairs can do, to put some pressure on Ebay.

Probably just better off, taking his buy it now prices and not paying him. See how long it takes Ebay to tell me I can't do that ??
