Old stallholder positions held until end of May - already looking like a true humdinger of an event... currently toiling with dear BMBC on H & S issues - all good fun, not.
One more week remaining for late entries for the mega Sunday auction - always BBR's best of the year, conducted live over the internet to round off a truly fabulous International get together.
FREE camping for those hard up... a true action packed week-end.

Just lotted in a good range of advertising - Fry's, Cadbury's, Rowntrees mirrors, a small Frys pediment top, a pair of good display cabinets, a great Bass Showcard etc…. all for July.
Entries MUST CLOSE this Sunday down @ Ditton Show.

Meeting with BMBC about the SummerNational - all seems fine & dandy? So far……….
One BIG BIG ruling - NO GAS BOTTLES ON SITE!
Anyone staying in their vehicles this will be applied absolutely to the tee. If you wish to try to sneak one in
A) forget it, &
B) you will be sent packing, not to return. Can't allow any potential rule breakers ruining it for the rest of us.
Tell all - NO GAS BOTTLES on site!
Sunshine booked, stalls almost fully booked, the BIG catalogue should be finished this week…. and ALL we have to do now is FILL the area allocated for Competitions & cabinets for separate Displays. FILL being the operative word if we are to have any other Nationals to reach the grand old total of 30 in 2020? |

FIVE weeks today the South Yorkshire village of Elsecar will be BUZZING with a throng of visitors from all corners of the globe - there to celebrate their love of collecting, & soak up the unique ambience & camaraderie that is the 27th UK SummerNational, each year seemingly bettering & improving on the last.
Elsecar Heritage Centre & local hostelries, including Maison du Biere on site, are ready to welcome you & keep you fed & watered from Friday afternoon through to Sunday evening.
This year there's a BIG push for MORE Competitions & Displays - the onus falls upon collectors to FILL those Competition spaces & select at least ONE SHELF in the Display cabinet to reveal one of your specialities/ favourite items. Use or lose.
Meanwhile, make sure you are included in the FREE TO EVERYONE Show Guide giving the largest COLLECTOR DIRECTORY around - a valuable resource used a long time after the Show - don't be left out!

Today is the LAST DAY for stallholder revokers to order any specific places at this event - tomorrow all spaces are open to newcomers, or those who wish to move!!

Catalogue to printers…. heads down now on the pre SummerNational BBR magazine, then last job (?) the FREE to all Show Guide & Directory - make sure you are in this - box ads are cheap, or at just £3 apiece an entry under by NAME or by CATEGORY - let folks UK wide & worldwide know WHAT YOU ARE CHASING!!! |

An odd couple of stall spaces remaining - virtually full though for the BIG w/e.
