Hi Guys,

Got a few new enamels in recently, partiuclarly like the Railway passengers one,

Got a few questions about the others and if anyone could help that would great, the Colmans enamel has enscribed at bottom 'This plate is property of J Coleman', does this mean that the sign was displayed on a Colmans factory site?

Also I have been trying to research Faulkners and Caley signs but cant seem to find any similar signs out there, are they quite hard to find signs or am I just not looking hard enough

Cheers

Tom

Think most Colmans signs have that on, just indicates the sign belongs to them and not the shop where it might have been displayed. Some Frys and Cadburys signs also have the company name on as well as the maker of the sign but don't usually have the words "property of".
There was a similar Faulkners sign at Kempton today. Thats all i can say apart from "Keep looking ".
