I qam close to finishing off a kitchen extension. It's a bit upmarket and I have space for a few signs. Should I frame these signs OR not ? (its a bit posh in some peoples eyes hence the thought about framing enamels)

Why don't you show us the signs you're considering displaying? I think it's quite hard to respond without seeing them, although cI would suggest that careful framing can help protect the sign from damage at fixing points.
