All his ' completed ' listings will be SOLD cos they are all BIN's and listed as " til cancelled "

If you look a bit deeper he has nearly 20, 000 ' scans ' listed and is selling about 70  items a month, around 4 % in total . Some of his items have been looked at literally 1000's of times ..............so his sales to ' hit ' rate is probably LESS than a TWENTIETH of 1 % !!

So really 96 % of his stuff is NOT selling

After fees time, expenses, posting etc he's not drawing much ! he's just finding the odd person who like a blurred scan or two

I didn't know there was a "good til cancelled" option. But then I've only been buying and selling on ebay for 10 years.

Looking at your maths though. 70 from 20,000 is 0.35%. About 1/3 of a percent.
