Hi, I'm hoping someone knowledgeable may be able to help me. I came across this mirrored/glass sign in a garage I was clearing and I wanted to find out more about it. I am assuming it is cigarette advertising but can't find anything similar on the web? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

Agree with Mick. Looks like a novelty item.

The Ogden's 1909 price list shows "Gangway" as a Dark Navy Square tobacco in 1lb tins at 5s 0 a tin. Would love to see one of those tins with that design. Brand withdrawn in 1910.

I agree with Mick & hilbert, yours is a modern copy.

As others have commented - of the type made from the 1970's & onwards….. purely as decorative, low cost, items for homes & pubs.
