With the weather being so good it seems more folks want to camp - please give me heads up if you're even thinking, might have to mow a bigger area.

If you've never camped before it's very important you use the designated area.

1. Drive onto field opposite road going into the Heritage Centre.
2. Drive straight ahead, stay on the left. DO NOT CAMP ON THE AREA AS YOU DRIVE ON.
3. Just thro' the 'gap' you will see the open area on your LEFT.
4. DO NOT park or set up tent or caravan on the RIGHT of that area. VERY IMPORTANT - you WILL be moved.
5. Site toilets, via the small gate just across the road, open all night.
6. The disabled toilets there's another in the square (where we have the Car Boot) are useful for a good strip wash.
7. Leave the site TIDY. Rubbish can be dropped into BBR skip opposite security office.
8. Water - tap at the back of the security office.
9. Any issues site security is on 24 hrs - think it will be Nigel - he's a good 'un!
10. No noise issues for neighbours please over the hedges.
10. Don't forget your sun cream.

Sorry to bombard you all with 'stuff'.

Sat here Sunday afternoon in the heat of the day - emails keep asking Q's - easier to answer ALL with a post on forums & FB groups - then everyone knows the answer....

Still time to cancel your hotel room - brekkies from 5.30 Sat & 6.30 Sun top of camping field in Cottage Kitchen.

Great weekend as Always AB. Sunshine on tap, the odd bit of tat bought and sold, great company, great food, great Yorkshire hospitality, and a fantastic venue. If you have never been the Elsecar heritage centre and surrounding villages are worth a visit in their own right. Thanx again to all the BBR staff for a great weekend and especially Clare xx who continues to put up with AB on a daily basis !!

BRILLIANT !!

Yes - a great weekend! Great to catch up with everybody! the Enamel Sign collectors meet was very enjoyable with some first class quality signs on display. Great to see the Robin on the basket and the St Julien officer and gentleman and so many others. Thanks to Alan, Claire and the team for the superb organisation - the Summer National always all goes so smoothly but the amount of work to achieve this huge event must be immense - thank you!!

Two thanks like that make it worthwhile - appreciated, plus the understanding of what goes on behind the scenes to ensure it runs smoothly.

Unsure how much longer I can put up with Clare & all the "merry" crew of willing helpers - if I can retain my sanity we should be OK for lotsa fun times ahead.

Lummox put on another impressive Display =- I'd like to see MORE Advertising in the Display cabinets - or a go at the Comps.... there's over £500 in cash to make the effort worthwhile - but it also adds very much to the week-end to impress/ inspire visitors - we need more in our throng?

I agree with lummox & batleycarr1. It was a great show nice weather and well organised. Sadly had to leave at mid-day to get home for the Football but not before I purchased a few nice pieces. Well done Alan, Claire and rest of the team.

The display cabinets & large Competition space allow Advertising fans to put on some impressive items for future years... give it a thought - we need to inspire new collectors more and more & this is the ideal platform/ opportunity to show them what's out there with determination & dedicated chasing.....
