 Me and my Dad acquired this about 35 years ago.

It was high up outside a local corner shop - the shop owner said we could have it for a fiver if we could get it down. Ladder, rope and a crisp five pound note later it was ours.

I've never seen another like it only the smaller double sided type.

Nice bold sign, with lovely colours. Pity about the stone chips. Is the maker Falkirk Iron? If so I bet it weighed a ton bringing it down off the wall.

Nice big old sign Rustygold..Dont really see many enamels for Hovis...Always good to see a makers mark on any sign..
