Its a rogue bidder who keeps opening up new accounts and bidding on tobacco stuff. It was " sold " to him 3 weeks ago he did'nt pay. The seller blocked his multiple accounts but he just kept starting another. Then ebay said they would block bids from his IP address that did.nt work. You can block bidders with -1,- 2 or- 3 feedback but not those with 0 ... and as an aside a pure (  Buyer ONLY )  cannot get a negative feedback its impossible !!

Ebay then said they would block him cos he did'nt have a PayPal account. that did'nt work either. He waited 3 weeks and relisted and the same idiot has just ruined the listing again. Ebay are totally useless in these situations I'm afraid

Only good thing is .................its actually stimulated a topic on this site !! DOH !
