 Hi. I wander if anyone could give me any information on my BP enamel  sign ? It measures 18" square and has seen better days . All the BP signs I usually see have the same "BP" colours as mine with the lettering etc following the same colour scheme , however as can be seen mine the same colours are used  but used in different places !. I was told the sign came  from france . Do other  countries have different advertising styles ? I haven't even got a clue as to how old it is but judging from the corosion on such thick metal I guess it would take some time to get in this condition .

Hi . The change in corporate colours for different countries most interesting , your collection looks fastenating also .
On a different note whatever rosalin is I don't know I have never tried to sell my sign and do not wish to do so , who ever you spoke to it wasn't me .
Thanks for the reply I now know it did come from france as the chap who I bought it off some years ago also thought .

I have had a good look but cannot see any makers marks as you suggested , i suppose it could be a replica but given the weight ,thickness of enamel and condition it looks genuine to me but i'm no expert ! Thanks for the information .
Ps i'm in the UK which is why i didn't khow where rosalan is .
