Lawnmower Man was nearly right ....this one I did'nt resist recently on Ebay.
Fantastic detail, theres a boat on the Newspaper named as the ' Dreadnought ' , small rust run which i hav,nt got round to cleaning yet. lummox

Have to say I agree with Griffon65. Rare sign definitely but the illustration although competently done is very nondescript and lacks character. |

Funny a bit like the atlas insurance sign I was'nt sure until I saw it in the flesh....
but to me up close and personal its fabulous, But I can see where all you are coming from either way because its a real MARMITE of a sign
Everyone I have shown it too has either loved it or would'nt give it house room |
