 Well someone got a couple of bargains today. The Hudsons went for a hammer price of £600. The 5 Boys went for £2400!!  Both sold by Wellers of Guildford Auctioneers.

 The Hudsons was originally on ebay at £1800, it didn't sell as far as I know.  It's been heavily and not particularly well restored.

I didn't see the Hudson's on eBay, so wasn't aware that it had been restored, this would explain the low price.
Certainly the 5 Boys was a good buy, the auction estimate was £4000-6000!

Did anyone go to look at the 'five boys'? I wondered if that had any restoration on it? The way the light was reflecting off the right hand edge made me think it might have had some work to the edges at least!
