We are holding the 2nd fair at the New Earswick Folk Hall on Sunday June 9th. There are 30-40 dealers selling collectables, postcards, advertising antiques, ephemera and much more.

Early entry at £5.00 from 8.30am, £2.00 from 9.30-3.30. Cafe on site and lots of free parking.

Come and join us to buy, sell, chat and enjoy.

 Hi Folks

I am affraid I have to apologise to Jez, Andy and all for having to miss the fair in York tomorrow. I had fully intended to be there. I have been struggling with my knee since February and finally had an MRI scan revealing Chronic Degenerative Osteoarthritis. Good news is that I see a Consultant Surgeon next week. Its not just the pain but its becoming dangerous to drive as the knee often locks up!

Have a great day... I'll be there in spirit!

Move to Canada Brian, you can drive on the "right" side of the road and use your other knee...good to go!!!!

Well the dust has settled, the fair has been paid for. We've had a debrief post last nights social.
We've decided to do another and make this an annual event.

Thanks to all that came, all the stallholders and Folk Hall staff member Steve whose help was much appreciated.
People travelled from all points of the compass and the fair was busier than the last.

The exhibition was great, so thanks again to Nigel Sykes and Mr Enamels himself Steve the Tyke.

Sales were up, but we'd still like more bums on seats. Its going to onwards and upwards so please support us as much as you can.
