I spotted this telegraph pole while walking across our local common the other day and as well as it being a useful piece of wood to make props for my digger, it just happened to have an enamel sign stuck to it!

I asked the farmer if he wanted it and he said no, if its on the ocmmon you can have it!

Was an absolute beast to get the full thing in the van on your own woth 6ft of it hanging out of the back! Here is the cut down version.

Looks like your finding more signs Underground mate than on top..Shocking really to think these works of art were just thrown into land fill sites years ago..Keep at it Al..
