 Hi Lummox,

That is a nice sign and quite rare. I. Rutter & Co Ltd, were founded in 1767 and based at Ravensbury Mills, Mitcham, Surrey and at 66, Great Queen St, London W.C."Tobacco Bloom" cigarettes first introduced in 1910 and withdrawn in 1960. The firm was taken over by  Anstie's of Devizes in 1925 which then became a branch of the ITC at end of 1944. The original buiness was principally snuff & shag. The most popular brands were "Mitcham Cricket Green" which I use to live quite close to and "Mitcham Cigarettes".
