Great day yesterday... bit surreal pulling in to almost empty service stations - only place open at Brum (on way back) was KFC - no damn good for a veggie!!
Next Saturday (down the M1, round the M25 & back up the A1) is already looking promising - any more for any more meet ups just email: alan@onlinebbr.com

I wasn't aware of that Ross , so a bit more knowledge acquired . What jogged my memory was when Chris Hartley and I went to see a bloke at Eastwood near Nottingham I think it was , and he had a pair of these signs . A good many years ago , 1990's I think . I didn't buy them because I decided to buy his pair of framed Ogdens signs instead .One was Impi Twist and the other was Beano Pigtail . . |

NO restoration to the Black Cat Banjo... even the bits of rust round the edge have not been cleaned off! |

BACK after 1,200 mile round trip - most places in Devon & Cornwall deserted - empty car parks..... quite surreal out and about. Many thanks for all those who 'fitted' in with the crazt schedule - much appreciated. Had to postpone the last 2 pick ups as Zafira was FULL - so going out Saturday for the 'left overs'. Will post some pics of goodies shortly. NEXT trip is Scotland - up M1, down A1 - early May. Watch this space for date, email if you want me to pick up future auction entries: alan@onlinebbr.com |
