Interesting!
Are the temps in C and F?
Would guess it to be an early piece and likely quite scarce, in clumsy attempt to pinpoint time frame I searched for the tagline sweet as a rose...
...and found this delightful thing:
Was fascinated also by the banned "beer 'n baccy" postcard!
An unusual find was this bizarre advert, I do say that they offended my sensibilities as a pipesmoker! LOL
Rather odd comparison!
I've always been curious about Havelock and wonder how it was, if perhaps it was a favorite of old codgers similar to St. Bruno and Condor in the UK, and wonder if like those tobaccos if that Havelock also carried a unique flavor and scent - I know they made several variants though, perhaps the Aromatic one is a good bet for that.
Have you ever smoked Havelock? If so how'd it taste?
If not, have you ever known or been around anyone who smoked Havelock, and if so did it carry a particular specific scent or "room note"?
