 Hi Trixon,

That is a nice enamel advertising "Thunder Clouds" tobacco which was a very popular brand of Wm Clarke & Son, founded in Cork in 1830 and afterwards moved to Liverpool and transferred back to Ireland when custom barriers were imposedn in1923. Have posted a showcard of same brand:
