Terrific pics. Did the girl end up getting the advertising bug later in life? |

Hi, Ken, what a fantastic collection, really enjoyed looking at all your fabulous items. Particularly like the Crawfords bus biscuit tin , I have the Huntley & Palmers F A Cup biscuit tin 1927 , some prototypes were made but it was scraped when Reading FC got knocked out in the Semi-final, so none went into production, Looking at your collection though I realise I haven't even scratched the surface yet !!! Cheers, Keith |

I only really regret now parting with three bits
1) The biscuit bus...lovely condition
2) The mechanical moon which came out of an old sweet shop and was reputably said to have had advertising around the edge at one time..Any experts to confirm this ?
3) The orange and lemon syrup dispensers (I think american) bought at Del Montford hall Liecester antiques fair around 1982....I think now worth £1000 each..sold for £45 each, and I made a profit !!.....they are pictured on the pine mantlepiece |

I know myself you sell somethings and do have certain regrets down the line, but life moves on. Still waiting for those lotto numbers to drop, so I can really start collecting ! |
