Great pictures.Much more interesting than this framed shop front I have had for 30 years...A lot of promotions it seems was stuck to shop windows, inside and outside. This convex glass toffee one of mine I believe was fixed to the outside .
Regretably, I sold a tea one years ago which went to Begium .I received an ear bashing from the Belgium buyer blaming Britain and France for creating Belgium in 1830 ..lot of culture and language problems today

The 4th picture down is of the "Woodseats Toffee Shop " on Chesterfield Rd , Sheffield . It is now a KFC fast food outlet . Some interesting pictures there , Spence . |
