Hello...I recently bought this tin for my collection..Gathered a bit of wear over the last 120-30 odd years . as normal loss of gold..It must have been very eye catching when on the shelf of a Victorian shop..British battles around the edge of the lid starting with Agincourt

One problem, the black on gold information on the base has nearly disappeared.. I have pictured the bit left and would appreciate information on the name biscuit company..and possibly a more accurate date of issue...thanks

thanks fleece though it does seem nobody yet can identify the biscuit company from the bit of info left on the tin base.

Seems the one, lovely tin. I have seen this design with no branding too!
