First press "Add new topic ". Down to the bottom off the page , then click on "Attachments " on the RHS of the page .Then clear " My Files " by pressing the red cross .Then press Current attatchments " Then "choose file" and the picture comes up .Select the picture then press "Open", then press "upload " then"Insert image" . And finally press "Submit" . Best of luck . It's a right ball-ache , which is why so many people don't bother posting on here . It works for me but I can't promise it will for you .Don't be surprised if the picture pops up Sideways LOL.
