Found this in the cellar, still in  an unopened wooden crate and wrapped inside with grease proof paper and corrugated carboard, has property of Kodak Kingsway London in small writting on a crease. Is this rare?

Box design circa 1931

Looks 1930's, used as a shop display, that's about it really.

Lovely condition BTW

Got £200 for my last one. Doesn't look like Bonham's material to me, but make sure you get a reserve in as they can go for nothing despite the hype.

£200 for your last one! That would be why you offered me £50 for mine when I originaly posted.
Thank goodness I never listened to your expertise.......

Sold for £175 INCLUSIVE of Buyer premium !! So to be honest Kev £50 was'nt that wide of the mark !! has to be picked up and collected and then sold. Anybody is entitled to make a profit

You asked me the price of something without sending me a picture from memory.

You would only need a small amount of corrosion to be worth very little!

In my experience photography stuff doesn't command great prices and Al took a punt in the dark. As L'umo says were all entitled to make a profit. Sometimes you buy an item to sell on and you might sit on it for months waiting to find a punter. Sometimes you'll knock it out for a small profit or a small loss. Plus we have to factor in travel costs, accommodation and all that. And as you rightly did Kev turned his offer down which was your prerogative.
You'll find that Al is a honest guy pays fair prices and puts a lot into the hobby/trade we all love.
