SHOULD HAVE ADDED THIS HAS A FIXING HOLE AT BACK, SIZE IS 5 1/4" HIGH & WOULD SAY ITS VICTORIAN.

Hi Ossie,

It looks like a cast iron match - holder wall pocket, similar to those manufactured by Wright & Butler of Birmingham (circa 1885). Lambert & Sons were Tobacco and Tea merchants retailers in Norwich.
