Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to successfully use the shop site, as i am a thicky to anything technical.  Have tried buying things and put that I want to pay by cheque but don't get an invoice, despite requesting one, so I don't know where to send my dosh to........ Also paid for an item twice via paypal - yes - told you I was a luddite but it is showing that I haven't paid!  Any pointers would be greatfully received!
