Both me and my mate Paul were interested in bidding for this early Flumis enamel, I told him I would not bid and let him have a crack. For my kind gesture, he sold me this cracking little Ingersoll watches sign, now everybody's happy!! Gordo |

Hi Gordo,
This sign loooks a lot like the flat Bensdorp Cocoa sign from around 1910. It is on the right of the picture.
But if it was convex, it is a replica from India. Do you know if it was flat or convex?

Jesus Gordo !! You must be bloody good at Pool.
You'd never want to leave that room .
Has the South British been cropped around the oval ?
I have that sign ( rectangular shape ) . I've not seen the oval shaped end before
Very nice mate ,, Thanks for showing

The South British was one of the first signs I bought, It was been used as the back of a small cupboard, with the pictorial end bent over as the top of the cupboard. It's got a lot of nail holes, been straightened, but it's got that history with me that I haven't bothered buying a better one. |

They do have individual lives and history and it's good to appreciate that
