I used to own a small "near mint" double sider of this sign back in 1984 aged 14 when I first started out collecting signs! My uncle nicked it for me from someones back garden! It was screwed on the side of a garden shed. I completely wrecked/ruined one side of it by covering it in jenolite and leaving it overnight!!! The jenolite ate into the lovely dark blue colour causing a "ghosting" effect. I still dont know to this day why I put jenolite on it, young and foolish I suppose. I will try and dig out the photo I have of it... PS:I would kill to have that sign "Pre-jenolite" now...

After digging out the photo of me holding the sign age 14 I now realise its the cigarette packet one. It was still a lovely sign and had great sheen to it before I wrecked it with jenolite! This photo is the sign "Pre-Jenolite"

Yeah a cracker of a sign that I wrecked! It still hacks me off to this day as it was in beautiful condition, had a lovely sheen and the enamel was really thick...
