Hi Everyone.

Our Consolidated Petroleum Co. sign went up the other day, not the easiest task considering it measures 19' x 4'!! 

Anyway does anyone know anything about the Consolidated Petroluem Co and/or Rocklight Lamp Oil?

I saw the picture before reading the post, and thougt the sign must be about  five or six feet long! Glad you've found somewhere to put it at nineteen feet!

Not a company I'e come across, but I expect someone here will be able to help you.

The pic doesn't really do the size of the sign justice. It's in 2 sections, we had to use a  forklift truck to help secure it on the wall!

I've attached a new pic - puts it in perspective behind the cars.

Thats one "BIG ENAMEL" sign there MH..Great looking thing..Just imagine the effort that the poor buggers had to put in some 80 odd years ago to display it somewhere,without any power tools..Fantastic..Thanks for showing..

Sadly i can't help with the company but i've finally got round to uploading this pic of a Rocklight lamp oil sign in my collection, double sided and a bit easier to handle!!
