Thanks steve i,am having a good do at the farms ,at the moment,,if i cant buy enamels,,i buy other things ,i hate going home with a empty van.IT DONT SEEM TO RUN RIGHT EMPTY. |

Joe,i never thought any of this farm "scrap" was worth anything apart from the price of light iron,so what i have seen in old farms and barns ive left alone..Old tactors,churns,machinery and other farm related stuff..Where could i flog this sort of stuff if i come across it? Thanks Spence. |

Hi spence i have learned this in life ,,as one door closes another one opens,this stuff is just coming in to its own,as garden features,,there are sales around the country that are starting to sell this stuff,in a few years there will be a lot more,regards joe ps i will never understand people that sit at home saying they are bored,,theres always an earner somewhere,,some days i dont have time for a cuppa. |

Bring it to Steam Gatherings and Steam Fairs. We have a big one up here in Cumbria in July. Good place to sell. Anything like this is going to find a home. I agree with Joe, always summat to do and summat to sell. BTW Joe I think we met on Sun didnt realise it was you, you were after Nigel with stuff for Al. So a belated hello and I hope we meet next time. |
