I have found that anything delicate needs to be packed in a box really well then put in another box with pleanty of padding. Seen a few things broken recenetly especially when being sent abroad!

Changes in air pressure when sending things by air will uncork bottles and make some sealed items break. Just had a glass minimax fire extinguisher refil broken that way.
